Ancestor:Descendants:

The sea fog split from the nimbus cloud. They are two millimeters across. They spend their time floating on the surface of the water, this is because the water holds much more nutrients then the air. The hooks that hold them together also hold on to bubbles when underwater, and drops of water when above; those drops dry-out and leave their nutrients behind. To reproduce new individual forms at the tip of a feather; they reproduce the fastest in good times, sometimes this leads to a clump forming because a bud reproduces before breaking off.
