The Shellpede has replaced the Ballpede. Its thick Malakommalis infected shell is now fused together like cement. Since it can no longer uncurl its claws are now uses as feet as well to move around the bottom. They are quite heavy and stay at the botom like a rock. They only eat Malakommalis infected animals. And their Malakommalis shell they have not only is tough against predators but those predators that do try to eat them get infected as well, thus providing them a food source. They also cannot see still but can smell the Malakommalis scent well as feel well as the signature vibrational in the ground of a struggling creature infected with Malakommalis.
