The sindohve has split from its ancestor and taken to the coastal islands of Barlowe. Using these islands as nesting sites due to the lack of predators present on them, these creatures will return to the sea in order to feed on the various scuttlers, gillfins, and pumpgills that flourish in these warm waters. While physically less appealing than the jlindohve, they are not that different from them in most aspects, though the sindohve has developed a tactic of vomiting a mixture of stomach acids and partially digested foods at things that threaten their nests and younglings, such as the all to curious young of the tamjacks and tamkor who might unintentionally crush or step on them otherwise. Other than this, they live in relative harmony with the islands main inhabitants, and it is not uncommon for individuals to be found resting upon the tamjack's floating nests.
