The slender miniswarmer has split from its ancestor and spread throughout the oceans of Sagan IV. They have become relatively long and flattened in order to slow down their descent in the water column. They are slightly more active than their cousins, but grow much slower because of this. They rely on water sucked in via their mouths for nutrients, instead of absorbing it through their skin. This has also put a hinder on their growth, though they are still able to compete with their cousins and have since established themselves in the waters of Sagan IV.
