Ancestor:Descendants:

The terrorbeak split from its ancestor the jlindohve. It has become fully terrestrial and walks bipedally like its distant snoa ancestors. Its beak has grown larger with many more wooden teeth. Its eyes have gotten better as well, being able to spot prey from long distances and then chase them down. Their spotted skin allows them to blend in with mainly purple flora. When stalking prey they will try to stay low to the ground and then rush out and bite its prey. Its favored prey is the rainforest buttpiper, which shares a similar range.

Like their ancestor they are very aggressive and can spit projectile vomit at other predators that might want to take their territory. Unlike their ancestor they are not migratory and stay within their own range year round. Males and females have overlapping territory but each sex will fight over territory with the same sex. During matting season males and females will pair up. However the male will leave the female to raise the offspring by herself. They give birth to 1 to 2 offspring at a time.
