Capis, or Capiris, are bipedal Carpozoans which usually have a large, prominent sail on their back. They first evolved in the Allenian period.

Mystery Capiri is an example of a capiri.

Anatomy

Capis are bipeds which walk on their forelegs, lacking any hindlegs. Their "toes" are derived from their knuckles.

Capis average between 90 and 125 cm the largest being the 2m tall Giant Capiri the smallest is the Burrowing Capisail at 33 cm long.

Types of Capis

Capispines - Descendants of the Capispine.

Serpenspines - Fully aquatic Capis represented solely by the Serpenspine.

Horned Capis - Descendants of the Hollowhorn Capiri.
