The balgaechaos split off from its ancestor hexbalgae but replaced its other ancestor saganchaos. Some saganchaos ate hexbalgae but did not digest them but absorbed them. Now both hexbalgae and saganchaos are a single hybrid creature in which the hexbalgae gives saganchaos sugars from photosynthesis in exchange for transportation on each arm. Balgaechaos still consumes other cells but can stay more active due to the solar boost from the photosynthetic parts of hexbalgae. It has also lost its extra nuclei since they were not needed.
