The beach crystalplaque split from the crystalplaque. They will eat the cellulase stuck to the spores and in the dirt near the mycelium. They have spread both through the sand and sticking to spores. Their cell walls are thicker to avoid dehydration from the extra salt. Though they are found in every beach cellulosebane, they do not hurt the flora except for the small amount of chitin they eat to build up their cell walls, which is negligible. Because of the beach crystalplaque, the air, ground, and water in the warmer beaches of Drake are free of cellulase.

Living Relatives (click to show/hide)

These are randomly selected, and organized from lowest to highest shared taxon. (This may correspond to similarity more than actual relation)
  • Rusty Microplaque (order Stomatomonadales)
  • Guttoplaques (class Endonomida)
