---|---|
The bog rustworm split from its ancestor to inhabit the Ittiz Swamp. It still feeds on dead plants and fauna as well on those living. It also filter-feeds the muddy waters for varies microorganisms. Like its ancestor it uses the rich iron in the creatures in this area to build its hard shell, flipper legs, and shelled helmet. Its tiny legs evolved into small flippers that carry it around the mud as well as allowing it to swim. It also has a large tail and two larger flippers. Like its ancestor in order to sense its environment it uses tens of nostrils that could be found all over its face as well as a couple on each flipper. Its main food source is the swamp beans' colonies that could be found all around the swap.
