The bubblepede-eatter is the next generation of the shovelhead. It has camouflaged its body with purple strips and can no longer produce photosynthesis. It eats only bubblepedes, which eat the sea bubbleweed. Its three-pronged head shocks bubblepedes like a cattle prod, thus paralyzing them for eating. It can also defend against predators with the prongs. It is about the size of a sea otter.
