Ancestor:Descendants:

Splitting from its ancestor, the delicate sucker foi has developed a parasitic life style in order to survive in the depleted oceans. Possessing a soft, spongy body, the delicate sucker foi lives its live on the gilltails within its range. Feeding on their blood, they tend to aggregate around the gills, fins, and eyes. Their coloration makes them almost impossible to see on the gilltail's in the darkness of twilight zone. The red stripes, meant to resemble parts of the gills, can become pale or darker.
