The divedove has split from its ancestor. Unlike its ancestor, the divedove has evolved webbed feet and stronger legs that help it swim underwater and leap out of harm's way. The divedove has also evolved a long neck that helps it keep its head above water, while the rest of its body is submerged. The divedove's wooden teeth have evolved to tear up the flesh of ironpins and nomnoms. While it prefers to catch ironpins and nomnoms, it will also eat feces shellworms and ice-angler oropede larva. The divedove builds a nest out of dried up yellowgrass and fallen woolly waxface feathers. The divedove produces 5 to 8 offspring, though only a few will survive. This is due to wooly waxfaces and ice-angler oropedes hunting them at times. The divedove has also changed by having its back a rusty-red color, which helps it blend in with the rusty-red mud from below. Otherwise, it is similar to its ancestor.
