Ancestor:Descendants:

Due to heavy competition in Somarinoa Sea Cave, some gateway swarmers started eating their fellow swarmers of lesser size out of desperation, over time, a group of swarmers had perfected this way of feeding, thus; the gateway gorger evolved. The gateway gorger split from its ancestor and although not very different, the gateway gorger is far more aggressive, the gorger will swallow anything it can fit in their mouth whole, to cope with this it's size increased. It's wings got larger, giving it speed, allowing it to hunt rather than just sail around at random eating. As the gateway gorger now hunts, it needs camouflage to close in on its prey, the skin on the gateway gorger is very similar to its ancestor, giving it a head start before its prey realizes its size.
