Ancestor:Descendants:

Spliting from its ancestor, the golden sailcell moved to the western waters of Jujubee. Their pigment has changed to a golden orange, allowing them to absorb most wavelengths of blue light and some purple in addition to the violet photosynthesis ability they inherited from their ancestor. In the equinoxes, these creatures huddle together in multitudes over the ocean, and then the huge clouds of gold and purple color the sky until nightfall every day. They rarely go farther than 3 to 5 meters above the ocean surface, allowing opportunistic organisms to feed on them.
