The Gyroleffo splits from the Layleffo as being an efficient adaptation in the light absorption. This plent started to locate its leaves in the form of a helix, as in one staircase, eliminating the existing limitation in its ancestor, where the superior leaves hid most part of the surface of inferior leaves. Due to this factor, the Gyroleffo is capable to grow more than its ancestors. The portion between the plent twigs doesn't have leaves, what facilitates in the dispersion of its genetic material by wind.
