The light pole shroom is an offshoot from the glowshroom. It has adapted to parasitize the crystal solar tower. It only consumes the green plant part. The cap developed a pole to hold up the biolight, which has increased in luminosity. It has grown a foot high. It is sometimes indirectly eaten by the mega worm, but it does no harm to the giant.
