The maineiac bubblepede split from its ancestor, the marine bubblepede. It has followed the maineiac bubbleweed to Maineiac Polar River where it too re-evolved to life in freshwater. It has taken its mimicry a step further and not only is the same color but has both a side branch and bubble on its end. The bubble on their butt is filed with fluid, not hydrogen. They are also flat like the leaf but side branch is just for show. They do not move very much in order to keep predators fooled that they are a bubbleweed leaf. Since they are blind and deaf them must get around feeling around with their front antenna. They asexually produce spores.
