Ancestor:Descendants:

The marine foi has split from its ancestor, the bigeyed foi. It has moved to the coasts. Its coloring is now golden to blend in with the sand and its eyes have gotten smaller due to the abundance of sunlight. Like all fee, its digestive system is external and located on its belly. It will then curl up like a ball around the food and release gastric acid to break down the food. It uses this muscles to flap its "wings" to swim. It can also sense vibrations in the water using its skin.
