Ancestor:Descendants:

The marine tuffdra split from its ancestor river tuffdra. It has adapted to saltwater and moved to the coasts. Much of its ancestors adaptions such as the anti-freeze bulb help it survive in the polar waters. It can both produce floating seeds and asexually bud off from the parent.
