The marinovermes guttoplaque has replaced its ancestor, the guttoplaque in the seas, and lives mostly inside finworms and gilltails. It eats not only the left over food materials in the digestive system, but will also help in digesting excess sea salts and minerals, the sagavermes are otherwise unable to absorb. In time, it has developed a special green organelle next to its nucleus to specialize in extracting excess salts from the sagavermes' body.
It has evolved a flagellum for moving faster and avoiding predatory microorganisms that the sea sagavermes eat but don't digest. Otherwise, it's the same as its ancestor.
