The monofoot replaced its ancestor. Its single foot has become more developed and can support the weight of the animal better. Its diet now consists primarily of trunkplage leaves and fruit, it now has purple stripes to blend in with the trunkplage, they have also spread to many of the biomes the trunkplage inhabits. They will still eat the temperate spade-leaf, though they depend less on it for food; because of this they no longer have need for the intimidation behaviors used previously against the pink phlyer. During mating season males will conduct hopping and racing contests to impress the females.
