Ancestor:Descendants:

The stickyball licker evolved from the plentpecker. Like its ancestor, it lives on other creatures, but unlike it, it doesn't clean creatures' mouths; it cleans the stickyballs off of them. It is not picky and will clean them off of plents or animals. As long as the creature is mobile and can keep away from predators, it will clean them off. Ironically, due to their frequent contact with stickyballs, they tend to get some on themselves as well and actually spread the stickyballs even more than if left on their own. In short, its a symbolic relationship with its host, even though they are helping spread the cause that they are trying to prevent.
