The swaberry split from its ancestor and doubled in size, left Ittiz Beach, and moved south. The leaves of this flora have specialized in storing water by becoming waxy and having thicker epidermis tissue. During the night and hottest parts of the day the water stored in the leaves will be moved down into the roots so that the plant doesn't lose it by evaporation or some herbivore eating the leaves. The berries of this plant have become tiny, soft, and cup shaped, they catch the wind and travel this way rather than gliding on wings like their ancestors.
