The thrasher scylarian split from its ancestor, the rosy scylarian. It has doubled in size and has become more hydrodynamic. Its fins are now shaped for quick bursts of speed. It is an ambush predator who will seek out the weak or old and then will snatch them up with its sharp teeth. Once it bites it will thrash its head about to rip its prey into pieces. It is a very messy eater. They no longer beach themselves and stick to marine prey only. They are very opportunistic and will take advantage of most prey it comes across, even if it's dead already. It has become the top predator in Cola Polar Shallows.
