The treedundi split from its ancestor and took the arboreal niche. They simplified their lifestyle into nothing more than colonial living, all members of the colony being capable of producing young and no distinguished caste system, though there are the occasional sterile individuals. Long limbs and digits for grasping and climbing around in the upper flora. The trunk-like appendage has begun to replace the upper jaw, it has shortened and is capable of aiding in chewing. Along with feeding on fruits and such produced by the flora they live in they consume the flesh of the flora itself, often burrowing into the organism to increase living space.
