Ancestor:Descendants:

The tripgae split from its ancestor, floralgae, and have spread from Jujubee Ocean to a great amount of coasts. Due to their advanced photosynthesizing surface and ability to change from all absorbing to all-reflecting, they are able to thrive in warm and cold coasts.

The floralgae have chained together, making most of them 1 cm long, but only a cell thick. However, there are tripgae that have gotten to an amazing 10 cm long.

When they reproduce, the chain gets longer, but as the chain gets longer, it gets brittle. This is why there aren't a lot of tripgae longer then 1 cm; after that, the chain gets very brittle and breaks easily. But after it breaks, the colony gets split in two, and on goes the same process, until they too break.

Its ancestor's ability to making itself more buoyant or less buoyant has been preserved, although it does not need it thanks to their advanced photosynthesis.

Although the tripgae is far superior to its ancestors, it failed to replace it due to an abundance of space and infinite amount of light.
