The vivus crunchplaque is a split evolution of its ancestor that has specialized for Vivus Island sagavermes. It is nearly identical to its predecessor in what it does except for a new, slightly painful, difference. They have evolved in such a way that after absorbing enough chitin from their hosts teeth they will become completely stationary building up on each other and the teeth themselves. When they become so numerous that they are visible they will occasionally fall out of their hosts mouth taking bits of the teeth with them.
