It has grown a coat of warm fur, which has retained some of the [[prosubigosaurus]]'s color changing ability. In addition to this, the rear tail-leg has degenerated, as tripodal locomotion wasn't steady enough for life amongst the rocks of the mountains. The two smaller appendages of the prosubigosaurus have become much larger and are now used for walking.
