Ancestor:Descendants:

The beach notooth replaced its ancestor, the notooth. Due to all the other rodent-like plents in Huggs Temperate Forest, the notooth was pushed out to the beach. There were no other rodent-like plents there so it thrived. It also varied its diet by not only eating puffkin shrub leaves and fruit but also eat the puffkin scuttlecrabs that live on the plants. They use their two toed claws to dig into the sand and make burrows. They will sun themselves on the beach with their tall leaves collecting sunlight too during midday. They can move very fast despite the sandy terrain.
