The cave sniffer replaced the cave chut. As time passed by the cave chuts found themselves spending more and more time in the bono limestone caves solely never leaving them as they could found all the cave hugograss they wanted there. They therefore became more adapted to their dark environment losing their eye-sight completely. While they use their massive ears to locate each other and communicate they evolved an outstanding sense of smell and a massive nose to cover their nostrils. They can now smell each other, and more importantly locate their food using their sense of smell. They have also grown smaller and have shorter legs for easier access to their ground level food. They still live in large communities and within small family sub-groups. The sub-groups are more dominant than the ones their ancestors used and every family takes care of their young and seem to put their relatives before the community. In times of need they can even become quite aggressive fighting with other families in their communities for food by bashing each other and growling with low beastie sounds. They live for an average of 9 years each having a rather simple life with not much activity except for feeding most of their day.
