The gilgantic split from its ancestor and spread upwards. Their bioluminecent spots have evolved into stripes, which they use to communicate. Their heads are now filled with tens of thousands of specialized cells that give of a moderate electrical charge, giving them the ability to use electroreception. They are completely carnivorous, using their electroreception to find prey.
