The lamp-pyramid replaced its ancestor in the Hydro Scrub. Unlike its ancestor, the lamp-pyramid's lower umbrella-leaves have become rusty red and the middle ones have become purple. It has also become a pyramid-like shape. Since it lives in the dry scrub, it has shrunken down to 3 meters tall. When its sprouts, the lamp-pyramid is rusty red. Then as it grows, it gradually develops its other colors.
Much like its ancestor the glowing slime, that was formerly poison, is only excreted when the lamp-pyramid needs to reproduce and is releasing pollen. The light on the underside of the umbrella-leaves attract fauna to touch the plant, which spreads its sticky pollen.
