Ancestor:Descendants:

The majestic nailfin split from its ancestor, the coastal nailfin. It has moved from the Flisch Coast to the LadyM ocean where it feeds on the abundant flora and fauna. Their "butt-nosril" now has a membrane inside it that keeps out the water so they can go deeper in search of food. They can hold their breath for up to an hour and a half. They only surface to breath and spend most of their time down in the Twilight Zone. Like its ancestors, the pod has strong social bonding. They enjoy playing and tickling each other with their "nail-fins". This strengthens social bonds within the pod. They have lost many of their nail and now are able to use them in a way similar to fingers.
