The parasite urzong split from its ancestor, the neon urzong. Its has moved deeper into the sea caves until it reached Nuke Water Table. There it encountered the greenbelly shellworms, which did not have any predators. So it exploited it resource and became parasites drinking their blood. They are extremely small and will latch onto the neck and sides of the shellworms. They must make sure they do not touch the sticky mucus belly since it has digestive juices. Also the shell is much to hard to penetrate.
They have lost all their pigment and only have a ting of green due to their green sulfur blood. They are completely blind and must use touch and taste to get around. Their eye balls are completely useless and are now vestigial. They will suck in water through their razor shark proboscis and sense if a greenbelly shellworm is near by. Then will climb to them. They cannot breathe outside of the water for too long however once latched onto a host they can get oxygen from their blood and convert it into breathable oxygen for themselves.
They will lay their eggs on the backs of the greenbelly shellworms so when they hatch they can have a ready food source. Once laid the adults die and decompose into the decomposing matter the shellworms can eat. To insure they do not over feed they can taste the blood to know when a shellworm is too weak to be fed upon anymore. The urzong that finds this will release a chemical onto skin of the shellworm and thus mark them as safe from being fed upon until the scent wears off. This duration is usually enough to sustain them.
