Ancestor:Descendants:

The plenteron replaced its ancestor the plentiver. Due to the shortage of food and completion with the plentdiver its ancestor was replaced. Its body has become elongated and it has lost its ability to fly. Its wings are now used as legs and only have part of the membrane left. The tail and tail rudder have become like toes. Its butt-nostril is also located on the tail and must be lifted out of the water when wading to breathe. It is water tight however when closed. Its beak has grown longer so it can catch river uksip and pull up the aquatic plants. Its legs have almost disappeared since they are not used anymore.

Living Relatives (click to show/hide)

These are randomly selected, and organized from lowest to highest shared taxon. (This may correspond to similarity more than actual relation)
  • Jlindohve (superorder Dromeophylla)
  • Greenscale (subclass Rostrophylla)
