Ancestor:Descendants:

The plentslider split from the plentdiver. It has moved farther south and has adapted to the polar region of Sagan 4. It eats just about any grass-like plant in the tundra and connecting river. They will also swim in the souther polar coast as well, but do not feed there since there is no food for them there. Their back fin have grown larger so it can swim better. Its butt-snorkel has become longer and even has developed a small dorsal fin. The color has also started to match its icy environment. When eating underwater grasses it will stick its butt snorkel up out of the water so it can breathe. They eat in social groups and one will always look out while the other put their head under the water. If a predator is near it will slap the water surface with its leaf-fins to warn the others. In on land they will escape into the water by sliding across the ice on their bellies. They cannot walk properly and must slide everywhere they go when on land.
