Splitting from its ancestor, the scootatrunk has spread throughout Raq Temperate Bay and the nearby Kenotai waterways. Like its distant ancestor the seascooter, it feeds on the various species of twinkiiro, though it now vomits digestive enzymes onto its food to create soft patches that it slurps up with its mouth at the end of its trunk. They are generally solitary fauna, though their high numbers make them a common sight. While purely aquatic, they will venture into the Kenotai Riparian in order to feed on the abundant amphibious twinkoral. They reproduce several times a year in mass, releasing millions of offspring into the current in the hopes that at least some will survive.
