The Silverling is a descendant of the Multicolor Beakworm. It leaved the reefs and started to live in the open water and at the edges of teh reefs as well. Also it lost its colours and lives in very huge swarms. This will give it much protection against the snarks. They are real omnivores and will feed on all which is small enogh for their beak, but they aren't active hunters. They will just swallow which will run into them. Their body is as big as a human hand.
