When the Horned Brimshell Pedipeworm acquired dependence of the aquatic environment it needed to develop one shell stronger to protect itself of the predators. Its old shell was inflated and developed a bigger number of thorns. The olfative sensors in its horns had evolved for antennas with globular extremities, with which the creature better perceives the odors. Its feeding, that before occurred in the presence of water due to the animal to need dissolved foods started to occur in land, when the creature started to acquire coprophagic habits, feeding of the fresh excrements of the terrestrial creatures. For this it also uses its olfative sensors, that touch the excrement and take it until the mouth of the Bubblehorn. This creature has an important role for the ecosystem of Sagan 4, a time that it eliminates part of the residues of other terrestrial creatures who before remained abandoned and also it brought, when started to move for land, some adhered microscopical creatures in its body, whom they had also contributed for the elimination of the residues. This insertion of new creatures in the ground promoted the release of a great amount of organic substance, fertilizing the ground and promoting the appearance of new forms of life, in special vegetables.
