Ancestor:Descendants:

The stumpworm sucker is the next generation of the uksip terricola. Its tentacle-like legs have evolved even further into a spider-like pose. Its tail hand flipper has become a grasping, webbed hand with claws that can grab its prey, the stumpworm. It latches onto it and pierces its armor with an acidic liquid. This fluid digests the stumpworm on the inside, and it sucks the goo out with its hollow tooth, much like a spider. It can use its claw to dig in the sand for stumpworms, and it is much faster than them. It must also look out for larger predators, like the sledogar line.
