The umbrellapuff split from its ancestor, the snow puff. It has grown twice its size greatly changed physically. Now instead of a major puffy spore organ it has 3-5 leaves that each has such organ on them. This is in order to better spread its spores. Now when the leaves are eaten or when they brush at an animal they will more easily release their puffy spores that will either stick to the nearby animal or be spread by the wind. It can still also reproduce by root budding. It still uses anti-freeze in the colder seasons and biomes.
