The krakow weaver replaced its ancestor in Krakow. It has reduced in size to conserve resources, while also getting fluffier to better insulate itself. While its nest-building behavior is largely unchanged from its ancestor, it has gained a boon by incorporating krakow woolycoat wool into its nests. Every winter, weavers from inland Krakow migrate to the beaches to collect this vital building material.
