The mega orbitree replaces its ancestor the cave orbitree. The cave tangle stalk totally pushed out all other flora within the cave. It has grown twice its ancestor size since there was so much open space for it to grow larger. Its leaves have become huge fronds to absorb as much light as it can.
Its flowers are pollinated by violet glowlickers. They depend upon each other to survive. It also produces a fruit for other animals to eat and spread it seeds. They grow best in warm and humid environments with lots of rain.
