The shroom lover plent split from its ancestor and now lives most of its life in the surface world. They are nocturnal, spending the day dug halfway underground soaking up the sun's rays, and the night feasting. If startled they will run, hide, and dig them selves in. The larger eye sees infrared and the smaller eye scent trails.
Each shroom lover plent has a unique eye mask. They identify each other with the heat pattern that comes off the mask. Right before giving birth a female will dig a pit and fill it with food after two to four babies are born she covers it with debris, and when the young are ready they leave the paradise.
