The vivusnappers split from a group of terrasnappers. Its diet is now completely herbivorous. It's twice as tall as its ancestor, thanks to the longer neck. Its new neck serves two purposes; to protect its vulnerable head from predators, and to allow it to graze a wider range without having to use as much energy. Its shell has shrunk, because no predators can reach that high. Instead, its undersides have grown rock solid to protect from its enemies.
