Ancestor:Descendants:

The trogagon split from its ancestor. When some trogato ventured out, they encountered a world that was far different from the Badger Limestone Caverns. Some trogatos died when they were lost, others adapted. The trogagon has adapted to its environment by becoming larger and having its tail reduce to a stump, which helps it store more heat in its body. The trogagon's diet has also extended to eating scaled diveskuniks and uksors. Its eyesight has gotten somewhat better than its ancestor's and it has re-evolved pigment to protect it from the sunlight. The trogagon's claws have also become larger, which helps it defend itself from predators. It also lives in small groups that consist of 4-9 members that all watch out for each other and predators. Along with living in groups, the trogagon has evolved small, wooden spines on its back that give it better protection than its ancestor. The trogagon has also become more aggressive than its ancestor because they not only fight rival groups for food, but they also sometimes attack other organisms merely for coming near them. Due to its success in the Darwin Glacier, it has also spread out to the Darwin Tundra.
