Ancestor:Descendants:

The wingless sprinter replaced its ancestor, the greater magmasprinter. It has now started to hunt in the Ovi-Hydro Plains. It has become much larger than its ancestor and has also gotten an even stronger bite force of 900 pounds psi. It lives in family groups of about 3–4. They have also started to strategize hunting plans, having one member chase the prey while the other two or three come up in front to have a better chance of catching more prey. As before it will usually aim for the air passage, but if it can't get to the air passage it will usually just bite its victim as hard as it can. It has completely lost its wings and its teeth have moved into the beak.

In mating season the males don't depend as much on their bright crest as the do their weight. Instead, the males push each other for dominance over the pack. After mating they wait 6 months for birth. The child stays with them for 1 month and then leaves the pack to claim or make a different pack. They have a life span of about 15–25 years. The ones that live in the Ovi-Hydro Plains usually stays by both the Ovi and Hydro rivers for both hunting and fluid reasons. It has also gotten a very clever adaptation of putting mud on its self to keep it cooled down in the summers.
