The woollycoat replaced its ancestor. In order to adapt to the freezing temperatures it became slightly smaller to store food. Its woolly coat became a darker colour in order to trap more heat to keep it warm during blizzards. Usually it is hard to see, so the woollycoat has adapted with larger eyes, which help it see further away. The woollycoat is usually found in groups of 3-4. During mating season groups can become as large as 30 woollycoats.
