Ancestor:Descendants:

The symbioship diamiboard replaced its ancestor, the chimney diamiboard and spread through out the seas of the globe. It has doubled in size and now creates a 20 meter long raft. It holds itself together using its red fungus-like roots. These roots hold together like vines. However they can break apart thus making 2 or more smaller rafts.

Like ts ancestor it has a specialized vent from which it releases spores into the air. It will produce massive amounts of spores inside the crystal while increasing the air pressure. It will release air from the inside through the vent, forming a cloud of spores above the crystal. The release of spores will go on for ten to twenty minutes.
