Sailback Flunejaw Mountain Flunejaw	Shellcrusher Flunejaw

The goliath flunejaw evolved when some mountain flunejaws hybridized with sailback flunejaws. In appearance, it looks more like the mountain flunejaw, but its behavior was similar to the sailback flunejaw because of how it hunts all sorts of organisms for its food. However, the goliath flunejaw has evolved a few of its own things. For starters, its skull has evolved a small sagittal crest, which allows it to evolve much stronger jaws than either of its ancestors. The goliath flunejaw is also fairly good at swimming in the water and it has evolved purple stripes to blend in with the tubeplages, unlike either of its ancestors. The goliath flunejaw has also evolved to protect its young from other predators. Finally, the goliath flunejaw has also managed to move into the Darwin Tropical Rainforest, the Biocat Tropical Riparian, and the Huggs Temperate Riparian.

The goliath flunejaw has also evolved to be the apex predator in its habitats. It prefers to consume the flesh of the abundant kruggs, rainforest phlocks, smaller flunes, and various ketters, it will also swim in the rivers for elegant emperor phibisians and wading cotingos. But if it is especially hungry enough, the goliath flunejaw will feed on nagrajes, exoskelesors, arboreal flunejaws that are too close to the ground, and even rainforest flunejaws.

Due to it being a far more efficient hunter than the sailback flunejaw, it managed to drive it into extinction in Darwin, but the mountain flunejaw was not replaced due to its specialized diet and hardly even being in the Darwin Boreal anyway.
